Nettie Neufeld serves in Gospel Partner Relations with The Cross Current. Nettie worked in agricultural labour, fitness training, and management before choosing to stay home and educate her son. She has been serving in the church for many years and in many ways, and is passionate about discipling others to grow in love and good works. Nettie’s hope with The Cross Current is to help more churches become healthy and thriving in gospel ministry, and to see God’s people come to unity and maturity in Christ. Nettie lives with her husband Herman and son James in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
Karen Loney serves as Donor Relations Volunteer with The Cross Current.
Working professionally as Manager of Recreation and Special Events with the town of Kingsville, Karen also has a passion for practically using her gifts to connect and pray with people for the growth of God’s Kingdom. Karen chose to volunteer her time and talents in serving our ministry supporters after experiencing the power of the gospel first-hand through our personal evangelism training. Karen and her husband Dan live in Chatham, Ontario and thank God for their son Jeff, daughter-in-love Delaney, newest grand child Emmett, and their daughter Rae.
Cory McKenna (aka “The Equipping Evangelist”) is Founding President of The Cross Current. Having served as a pastor
since 2002 and an equipping evangelist since 2007, the Lord has graciously grown in Cory a love for His people and gifting necessary to equip them for the work of gospel outreach together. Cory and his wife Dawn live in London, Ontario with their two sons, Joshua and Caleb.
Andrew Hall
Board Chair
Andrew Hall has been a board member with The Cross Current since 2018 and
currently serves as our Board Chair. His primary responsibilities include missionary development and bringing theological perspective to our gospel health assessment and training. Andrew’s passion for TCC is to equip more churches to know and show the glory of God in Christ through a love for the gospel so that this good news might go to the ends of the earth. Andrew received his education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and has served in pastoral ministry since 2000. Currently, he is the Lead Pastor for Community Bible Church in Ilderton, Ontario and is actively involved with missions in the former Soviet Union. Andrew and his wife Melanie have four children and live in Ilderton, Ontario.
Randy Scott is a volunteer Personal Trainer with The Cross Current. Having spent his entire career in the corporate world, Randy has extensive personal experience in sharing his faith in everyday life with family, friends, and work associates. Randy has worshiped with his home church for many years where his ministry of personally training other Christ-followers for more faithful life and witness has prepared him to passionately serve with The Cross Current. Randy and his wife MaryLou have two grown children, Tyler and Merisa, and live in Oakville, Ontario.
Teresa Walton serves as Bookkeeper with The Cross Current. Teresa’s career began in operations and finance in the hotel industry, and she currently works for Canada Post. Teresa has volunteered with various non-profits and her local church, and she has also served alongside her husband, Rick, leading small groups in their home. They have two children, William and Hanna, and Teresa is also especially fond of animals. Her passion is to see God’s Kingdom grow and she firmly believes that He is powerfully at work in our ministry.
Dawn McKenna serves as Administrative Assistant with The Cross Current. Dawn’s
career was in corporate and church administration before deciding to stay home to raise and homeschool her children. Since TCC was founded in 2007, Dawn has volunteered her administrative gifts and officially joined the staff team in January of 2019. Her heart’s desire is to see the operations side of the ministry run in a smooth and God-honouring way, and to make sure that all of our ministry relationships are faithfully cared for. Dawn lives in London, Ontario with her husband Cory and two sons, Joshua & Caleb.
Rick Walton
Chief Strategies Officer
Rick Walton has been a board member with The Cross Current since 2010 and
currently serves as the Chief Strategies Officer. His primary responsibilities
include assisting with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. Rick’s passion for TCC is to equip more churches to normalize sharing Jesus Christ alongside other like-minded local churches. He has seasoned cross-sector senior leadership experience in both private and non-profit sectors. Rick has received his education from a Bible Institute, a Christian University, and most recently at Heritage Seminary in Cambridge, Ontario. Currently, Rick is the Director of Biblical Counselling & Leadership Projects at West London Alliance in London, Ontario. Rick is married to his best friend, Teresa, and they have raised two children: William and Hanna.
Craig Enwright
Missions and Missionary Developer
Craig Enwright serves on The Cross Current Board of Directors in the primary role of Missions and Missionary Developer, which allows him to draw on his unique experience and passion for evangelism. Craig had volunteered his leadership gifting with TCC in various capacities before joining our ministry team in 2019 at the Director level. Craig graduated from Briercrest Bible College in 1984 before serving for 6 years as a pilot in Mission Aviation Fellowship Canada’s Angola program with his wife Lisa and their 3 daughters: Lauren, Shannon and Amanda. Craig has a heart for discipling young adults and has personally mentored many to grow deeper in their walk with Christ through building biblical relationships, and faithfully serving together on Gospel Outreach Teams in their communities. Currently, Craig is the owner/proprietor of an insurance appraisal business.
Greg Coyne
Treasurer and Secretary
Greg Coyne serves on The Cross Current Board of Directors as Treasurer and
Secretary. Greg’s primary responsibilities include developing our operational systems and giving leadership to our financial controls. Greg joined our ministry team as a volunteer in 2008 and later took on various roles at the Director level beginning in 2010. He has supported our ministry through various campaigns, enhancements to our infrastructure, and fundraising initiatives. Greg’s career is sales leadership in the equipment rental industry, and he has served his home church in men’s ministry leadership and has also provided point support at various gospel outreach events in the community. Greg currently lives in London, Ontario with his wife Rebecca and their three children: Joshua, Eden, and Alexis.
